Health buffs will feel right at home in Gentri Heights. For starters, there is a tree-lined jogging path near the center of the compound where you can run a couple of laps before and after you head out for work. The jogging path is located away from the main roadway so you do not have to worry about oncoming traffic. It is even possible for you to jog at night because there are light posts dotting the path. In addition, there are also basketball and tennis courts near the clubhouse so you can play a couple of rounds with your friends and family. You can get in shape while also enjoying yourself.

When the Philippine summer sun gets too hot for you to bear, you and your family can head on over to the community pool so you can cool off and have some fun at the same time. The Gentri Heights actually has several pools - a full-sized pool, a lap pool, and a wading pool for kids, so you don’t need to worry about the pool getting too crowded. Security is also not a problem in Gentri Heights. For one thing, the entire community is enclosed on all sides by a tall concrete fence. With these around, you do not need to go out of the main gate as you can find your basic needs within the gates of the compound.

Basic services like electricity and water are also not a problem. Electricity is provided by Meralco, and the water is provided by the local water district. In addition, the Gentri Heights has its own water tower that is supplied by a deep-well water pump. There are also provisions for telephone and high-speed internet connections, and there are several places in the compound that offer free Wi-Fi access to the residents.
