That may be true ten or so years ago but that is no longer applicable these days. General Trias is a progressive city, and it has been enjoying consistent growth in the last couple of years, so you won’t be missing out on anything at all when you choose to live in Gentri Heights. In fact, you might actually be getting more than what you bargained for.

For instance, if you are looking for shopping malls, there are several options to choose from within the city. For instance, there is the Robinson’s Place and the V-Central Mall - both of which are located within the city limits of General Trias and takes just a 15-minute drive from the main gate of Gentri Heights. These malls are quite big and have several movie theaters each, so you won’t be missing the malls you used to frequent in the Metro. If you need more choices, you can go to the neighboring city of Rosario and go to SM City Rosario.

On the other hand, if you are just looking for places to do your grocery shopping, you can choose from more than a dozen different supermarkets and general goods providers in the city. If you are looking for fresh produce, meats, and fish, there are several large wet markets in General Trias that are just one tricycle ride away from Gentri Heights.

Hospitals and clinics are not in short supply in General Trias, so you do not need to worry about having nowhere to go when you need to get a check-up or treatment for a condition that you have. Right in the middle of the downtown area, you will find the massive Gentri Doctor’s Medical Center, a huge hospital that is staffed by experienced doctors of different specializations. You can also easily access the General Trias Maternity and Pediatric Hospital just in case you want specialized care for your beloved children. There are actually dozens more clinics within the city, and they are all just thirty minutes or less away from the main gate of the Gentri Heights.

Another benefit of living in General Trias, Cavite is that you are quite close to the beach that you no longer have to plan your trips weeks beforehand. You just have to hop in your car and drive for less than an hour to get to the coast. There are several really nice resorts along the beach. If are lucky, you might even stumble upon a really nice cove that nobody else has ever been to before.

Now, if you want to go somewhere cooler, you can always go to Tagaytay, which is just one hour away by car from General Trias. Unlike living in the Metro where malls are the only places you can go when you are bored, you can actually enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature when you live in Gentri Heights.
